Eva Steinheimer holds a Master’s degree in Scandinavian Studies and Political Science. She has more than 13 years of professional experience in the field of labour market research and has been conducting cross-national comparative analyses since 2010. After two years of experience as a junior researcher in several projects in the field of labour market policy and gender studies and three years of teaching at the Institute of Political Science at the University of Vienna, Eva worked for ten years as a policy advisor and researcher, responsible for advising members of the Austrian parliament and as an external expert for the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Consumer Protection.

She has been working for 3s since February 2017 and is involved in project management and cooperation in research and consultancy projects at national and European level in the field of lifelong learning, higher education and evaluation of LLL-policies.
